Intercollegiate Horse Show Association

From the IHSA Web site:

"The IHSA provides collegiate riders of all skills the opportunity to compete individually and as teams in equestrian competition.  It was founded on the principle that any college student should be able to participate in horse shows regardless of his or her riding ability or financial status."

The Arcadia University Equestrian Team is part of the IHSA, competing in Zone 3, Region 2, in both Western and Hunt Seat competitions. There are no try-outs for the team, and we accept riders of all skill levels and experience. No prior show experience is necessary! Shows take place on weekends during both Fall and Spring semesters. Shows are hosted by different teams within the region, and are held at a variety of facilities. We compete against Delaware Valley College, Penn State Berks, Temple University, Franklin & Marshall College, Rider University, Bucks County Community College and Princeton University for Hunt Seat shows, and University of Delaware, Bucks County Community, Temple University, Washington College, and Delaware College Valley for Western shows.
